Error on 1.5.1.3

My whole admin panel blows up when using the extension, I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_FUNCTION in /home/fresh-corner.pl/freshcorner.pl/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_library_mail.php on line 507

Yeah not sure what that is. This mod is no longer supported though.

I've manged to install it on 1.5.1.3 everything seems to be ok but the mails are not outgoing and there is no error :/
