Using with Professional Email Template: 4.5.1.30

I just bought this and was assuming it would work with the email templates made in Professional Email Template: 4.5.1.30, but it seems it doesn't from what I can gather.

I am trying to include a tracking link inside of a custom email template that I use for order updates. Have you worked whit this extension before?

I know it is a long shot, but I could REALLY use some help tonight if you are around somewhere.
