Hi,
I purchased your extension, order id: 264653 but when click the add history button after ticking the shipper and tracking number the customer does not receive the shippers name or the tracking number.
Could you advise asap please?

reporter The customer does not receive the email and I have ticked the notify customer box.
Can you suggest an alternative email as I do have an email mod installed.

repo owner Well if they are not getting the email at all when you tick the notify customer box then that email mod must really be broken. Unfortunately I do not have any full integration with any of the email mods. There are a ton of them and they all do things differently, and integration is not easy.

What exactly do you mean by the customer does not receive it? Do they not see it on their account page, or do they not get the email, or does the email not have the information in it? If they don't get the email that has nothing to do with my extension. Either you have an email problem or you didn't check the notify customer checkbox like the instructions said. If the email doesn't contain the information are you using one of the html email mods, because many of those conflict with my mod.
