Trustee Appointment and Retirement Notes

Appointment

1. Follow the instructions specified in the constitution to select appropriate trustees and appoint them.
2. Add as a trustee on the Charity Commission website.
3. Create @studentrobotics.org account (if they don't already have one).
4. Add new account to trustees@ group/list.
5. Add to Trustees hangout/create new hangout.
6. Add to BitBucket Trustees team.
7. Add to ops-manual wiki homepage.
8. Add to Mail Chimp account.
9. Add to GH org and Trustees Team.

Retirement

1. Accept resignation if constitution requirements met (leaves at least two trustees).
2. Remove as a trustee on the Charity Commission webiste.
3. Remove account from trustees@ group/list.
4. Remove from Trustees hangout/retire old hangout.
5. Remove from BitBucket Trustees team.
6. Remove from ops-manual wiki homepage.
7. Remove from Mail Chimp account.
8. Remove from GH Trustees Team.
