HOW TO understand output file in Wdir folder

I would like to check the files in the “Wdir” output file to get the linakge between the virus and the genomes from my MAGs. I want to check the “blastgenomes.tsv“ but do not know the column names for each column, could you please explain?

So most likely, you don’t want to look into “blastgenomes.tsv”, since these are the raw blast results. If you want to know whether some of the host predictions from iPHoP are based on your MAGs, you can look in the file “Host_prediction_to_genome”. If you want to specifically look at the individual blast hits between the viruses and your MAGs, then you want to look at the file “blastparsed.csv”.
