SRS in adds queue does not show

The situation is this:

There is an srr file with a .txt for the broken sample. In the Adds queue is an srr with a good srs in it. When reuploading this srr, the sample does not appear in the queue. It appears when one of these things happen:

• the .txt is moved out of the srr
• the .srr in the Adds queue is deleted
