Files in wrong folder

If a stored file (proof image) is located in the Subs\ folder (wrongly), and someone uploads an srr with the correct path, it will not be added to suggestion if its an exact match, instead thrown away instead of suggesting a new path.

Solution: If the folder difference from the existing stored file, suggest a name change

Not only that use case. When a stored .srs file has no path, a similar thing applies.

When listing these issues on site, being able to differentiate between files with no path at all and those with a changed path would be a plus. Or be able to separate those that just need Sample/ to be added. Then only a quick look is enough to batch accept a lot that don't need any intervention.
