Same name on proof .sfv and main .sfv

If the .sfv inside the PROOF/ folder has the same name as the main release .sfv, it ends up in the suggestions queue instead of the adds queue.

I'm not sure how to fix it or if we even need to fix it and how.

This case happens often, but then it's the wanted behavior: movie-cd1.sfv is already on the site CD1/movie-cd1.sfv gets uploaded and is slightly different -> it gets added to the suggestions queue

It can always occur that the main .sfv gets dragged to the Proof dir. Then I think it's a good thing that it has to be manually checked before adding.
