Good SRR doesn't show up in collisions queue

http://www.srrdb.com/release/details/The.Chair.S01E05.720p.HDTV.x264-BATV on the site has no RAR meta data. The stored files are empty except for the .txt that contains some stacktrace.

After uploading the good .srr file, it doesn't show up in the collisions queue.

After removing all stored files and uploading the good .srr, the good files show up in the unconfirmed queue, but the SRR still not in the collisions queue.
