Not all stored files from SRR upload get added to queue

I uploaded partial srr files of the accompanied file. Then I uploaded that srr file renamed with all different release names at once. This to ease the adding of missing samples and nfo files.

Not all stored files got added to all srrs. Is there a check to prevent dupe files across releases?
