Failure to add missing file

A user complained he could not upload a missing file. I've investigated the issue with his files, but I couldn't reproduce it. Relevant chats:

[20:48:02] <godverdom> it does say: "Successfully suggested file Subs/penguins.of.madagascar.2014.bdrip.x264-doge.subs.sfv "

[20:49:00] <godverdom> it said that before too, but it didn't show the file at the "unconfirmed"-section

[21:27:27] <godverdom> after uploading i did get a success message, but it didn't show at "Unconfirmed", this happened instantly

[21:29:36] <godverdom> a "This exact file already exists" message would be nice in that case

Could it be that an unconfirmed upload from another user was already in the unconfirmed queue? Regular users can't see those of others?

Show a proper message.
