An upload can fail: 404 for details page

Regular small .srr file, not a huge PS3 SRR. A record is added to the database, but no file on hard disk. A reupload gets caught in the collision queue.

I did not see the .srr in the tempfiles directory either. Bug related to file locking I've added?
