Keep track of good rar versions

Issue #75 new

I would like to make a suggestion for the recreation of compressed RARs:

pyrescene should keep track in some kind of log file which RAR version was used to successfully rebuild a release. This log file then could either be uploaded to srrdb automatically - or simply uploaded manually by everyone who wants to contribute.

This would enrich srrdb in at least two ways: a) it would display in an additional field which RAR version can be used to reconstruct b) it tracks which releases were rebuilt successfully

Rebuilders could save an incredible amount of time if the RAR version needed for rebuilding is known. Likewise, releases which are currently unable to rebuilt would be cataloged.
