The purpose of this pull request is to get the Haskell Atlassian Connect Plugin running in the product and it can officially do that.
It still has room for plenty of improvements but I think now is the time to end this quick little spike and start creating issues and a game plan. Please help review this code with me so that we can figure out what it will take to get this code production ready.
