I have provided to docker files. One is designed for build machine usage and can be used to build the code. The other is designed to be a production docker images that takes elements from the build image and exports them as a production image. This split was done for Docker image size reasons so that it could be deployed quickly using Micros. Please feel free to make as many comments and suggestions for improvement as possible: I am not 100% sure on this approach but it seems to work well.
