Improve dumping directory for the KB

Sebastian Sardina created an issue

At this point a Prolog skill will dump the KB in a subfolder with the timetsamp of when the skill was created.

If there are many agents, then each will dump in different time folders as the seconds will differ on the creation of their skills.
