Nope. When I wrote this I was considering having one, but the configuration file seems simple enough and more people are probably more comfortable with a configuration file than an automated utility.

The idea, though, was for sshguard-setup to ask a few questions, generate a configuration file, and present the user with side-by-side diffs of how it would edit other system files like the firewall configuration (if applicable).
