Semantic Filter missing

We have the text filter on the results, but not the semantic filter. Probably got commented out in relation to work on issue #104

Strange... I see the semantic filter on my machine at the moment... On Firefox, IE and Chrome, for the above concept. I'll see if we can replicate the problem on Safari 9.0.

BTW, I don't think I've deployed any code yet relating to any attempt to resolve Issue #104...

seemed to be a browser cache issue. working now
