GBK Discovery Desktop cross-referencing of explicit and implicit concepts on the same graph

The initial release of the desktop has two independent data tables - Explicit (SemMedDb) and Implicit (Implicitome) - which draw two disjoint sets of nodes on the concept map.

We need to draw one node only for explicit and implicit concepts that are identical, and otherwise allow the system to cross-connect nodes.

In general, the management and integration of explicit and implicit concepts should be more seamless.

This seems to have been resolved pretty well. I'm sure we will see exceptions, but suggest closing this. (Open a new issue when specific exception arises that is problematic).
