Detach scrolling part of table from header and footer

Keep the header:

and the footer:

in view while you scroll up and down in the results for the table.

Please clarify what you mean here. We are not sure.

At one point you could end up scrolling down to view more results in the table and then lose sight of the header and the footer. This appears to have been resolved now as there is no possibility of in-pane scrolling.
