Remove Details view from accordion

Right now we have no details to show and its a little annoying when you are in the relation table to select a concept to expand the graph and have the table be replaced by the empty details view.

When content is ready for the details view, lets try first with a popup window to show the information. e.g. as implemented in biobranch.org for gene information. Will need to differentiate the action to click and retrieve more relations for the graph from the action to view specific information about the concept.

Details view was removed from accordion some time ago. The remainder of this issue is actually a duplication of issue#20.
