Fix or delete table sorting by Subject in Explicit view

Currently Subject appears to be sortable, but clicking on the blue sort arrow has no effect. Either fix that or remove the feature for Implicitome release.

Would like all columns to be sortable - especially evidence count column. Adding the above as a bug for Implicitome release but consider table sorting a desirable feature for the future.

Some setting in DataTable needs to be tweaked for this. Kenneth to investigate(?)
