Port System to Java Language from Python / Django to Leverage RDF etc.

A technical review of future feature needs for the GBK system, especially, integration of server-side RDF management of knowledge graphs, suggests a port of the first generation system over to Java.

We need to review the "best practices" option for Java-driven web implementation, candidates:

1) Spring Framework - raw 2) Spring Framework - facilitated (e.g. Spring Roo, Grails, etc.) 3) Other?
