Server-side persistence of user knowledge map as an RDF triple store

The vision for the next generation GBK is to store the user's knowledge map on the server as an RDF triple store data representation amenable to further semantic annotation and querying. This will likely be implemented as a Java Jena solution with transparent cross-integration of the knowledge base across users, but giving each user a sense of ownership their own archived (and incrementally enhanced) knowledge map.

This RDF model will be the target for embellishment from diverse additional external data sources such as Reactome/KEGG, OpenPhacts, GO, etc.
