Semantic clustering

I wonder if google distance could be incorporated into an auto-layout function. No additional nodes or edges - just group the concepts on the screen semantically.

would require getting into cytoscape guts so probably not anything to mess around with unless we became convinced it would work and would be a big enhancement.

Suggest a possible extension downstream of node grouping. e.g. grab a collection of nodes and assign them to a group - then represent that group as an expandible metanode, the sleep group would be a nice example. Nice opportunity to improve the interface while also collecting useful data from the crowd in the form of latent isa relations.
