Small June 10 User Interface modifications

1) reduce clutter in header. move logos down to footer.

2) make sure to avoid text overlaps on smaller screens. Should work on 13 inch monitors.

3) Rename to 'knowledge.bio' - drop Garden of biological knowledge ? (not sure)

4) When selecting a concept from the concept search popup, the mouse cursor doesn't

change to a hand (indicating a link) when hovering over a concept?? (stays as a text)

5) Can't drag edges from the 'PubMed Entry / Relations' tab into the graph

6) 'PubMed Entry / Relations' runs out of its container for more than a few relations.

Moving the logos to the footer on the desktop would still take up too much real estate, so I've only left them in the Help, About and Contact Us pages. The header now has a small studious owl cartoon as a web site logo.

The titles have been renamed to Knowledge.Bio from "The Garden of Biological Knowledge"

I've also already changed the mouse cursor to a hand for clickable concepts.

Rebranded GBK ("Garden of Biological Knowledge") to Knowledge.Bio (KB) in all parts of the application except the package 'gbk'

Please review status of this UI-focused issue... might largely be resolved.

out of date with redesign. current UI functional and approved.
