Concept Search UI

• Add search on keyboard return function to concept search field (equivalent action to "Go')
• Replace ‘processing’ on the resultant modal selector display to match the ‘throbber’ used elsewhere
• Replace the label “Search” with “Filter” on modal concept selector (and on main page)

Note that this will be the first user experience with the site. We need to nail this. (and fix Issue #41)
