I've revised the Contact Us to the format closer to that of biobranch. We can re-open this issue in the future if and when we want to see another iteration on the Contact Us page

For the first cut, please emulate this one: http://biobranch.org/branch/contact Eventually I would like to replace that with a form that sends an email to some kind of info@knowledge.bio account, but its not worth worrying about that until we have some users..
