(Re)-selection of "No Categorical Filtering" after initial semantic type filtering returns empty set

(Re)-selection of "No Categorical Filtering" should always remove any such filtering, hence give the full list of current relations, but for some reason, after filtering with some other semantic type, and returning to "No Categorical Filtering", results in an empty table.
