Co-Occurrence view - add to map

Clicking on a any of the B concepts aside from the top hit (looking: Linking Concept Co-Occurrence for 'Alzheimer's Disease' and 'APP')

I see an 'add to map' feature for the concept. I click that and the concept gets added to the map but is not connected to anything. There should be a link from the A to the B or from the B to the C respectively.

It turns out that this particular issue is very tricky to implement given the current way that the Co-occurrence table (including concept details popup) is rendered. In principle, both A-B and B-C edges can be inserted, but not sure what the contribution score pertains to... only the collective A-B-C? the A-B or just the B-C?

I think that the score is the amount that the A-B or B-C co-occurences influence the A-C relationship. For these, I think it would be appropriate to simply label the relationship "mentioned with" and leave that particular score out of the graph.

Would end up creating structures in the map like:

Clicking B concepts in the co-occurrence table now generates reasonable concept map edges (labelled with "Mentioned with"). I think this is a stable solution to the problem (added additional complexity and overhead to the code). Further testing should validate this.
