Entrez and Meta concepts of gene ought to be linked more tightly

The system appears to independently track ENTREZ and UMLS ("META") concepts of a gene, e.g. "BRCA1" and "BRCA1 Gene". It would probably make some sense to more tightly link the two concepts as essentially identical, especially in the Concept Map graph.
