Review included concepts for UMLS copyright issues
Issue #80
resolved
About 60% of the vocabularies in the UMLS are open and can be used without restriction. For the terms that come from the others, it is apparently illegal to use the string of the label in applications that aren't behind the umls login wall. When a concept CUI links to multiple source vocabularies, as we see in the definitions, if any of the linked vocabularies are open, then it is ok to use the term..
(Utterly stupid, but we can go forward without breaking their rules so we should.)

Reviewing the SKR agreement, which should include semmeddb and semrep, I think everything we are doing with the explicit information is fine. http://skr3.nlm.nih.gov/TermsAndCond.html
It is possible that we will eventually need to remove definitions if they come from snomed and nowhere else.
