When deleting a concept from the graph, Citation Evidence doesn't change.

    Kenneth and I discussed this, and I realized that the current Citation selection was more or less independent of any current node selection status, including the deletion of a node.

    Citation evidence ought to be independent of selection of a new current node in the graph or in the table (by "Show Relations") since new nodes will have multiple matching explicit relations, each with their own specific (relation_id tagged) evidence. Also, PubMed may be independently queried as well. Even if one deletes a node responsible for a citation evidence hit, one might still want to select one of its citation-related relations hits for further exploration.

    In short, we won't worry about Citation Evidence changing by a concept-selection (or deletion) related UI event.
