The documentation on https://atgu.mgh.harvard.edu/plinkseq/ is very outdated. This makes using Plink/Seq frustrating for many people (including me). I am aware that this repository is not a release version. However, at least the code should be properly annotated (python function are lacking annotation completely) to tell others what functions are doing, input etc.

Sorry if this sounds a bit demanding, but I would love to use Plink/Seq more. However, with the current documentation it is very frustrating.
