Rplinkseq missing protdb.h

The Rplinkseq package on Bitbucket is missing the 'protdb.h' file, as when I try to build Rplinkseq, it dies with this message:

In file included from annot.cpp: 3: ../inst/include/plinkseq/gstore.h:19:20: error: protdb.h: No such file or directory

Apparent solution: Copy plinkseq/lib/plinkseq/protdb.h to plinkseq/R/Rplinkseq/inst/include/plinkseq
