Plinkseq hangs when project is on a networked drive

When having the project files on a networked drive, such as nfs, pseq hangs. The underlying problem is that sqlite does not support database files on networked drives, so it hangs while trying to lock them. It would be nice just to print an error message if you try to create a project on a networked drive.
