When specifying codecs which need to be transcoded the options have been a bit too generic. For example, listing the video codec mpeg4 included videos with the tags XVID, DIVX, DX50, etc. but not every video necessarily needs transcoding. Maybe only the ones with the tag DIVX..

So I added the possibility to specify codec tags.
