Enable automatic postponing of votes

Voter would set a timer to specify the delay for her vote. Possibly also quite a nice feature for posting.

This is a nice feature, but it would require us to store tokens offline on the backend, which greatly enlarges the attack surface. Also it is not possible to implement this with Steem Keychain, obviously.

Are you sure? I think you should be able to sign the transaction, but broadcast it later.. But it would probably require some digging

In case this is just for postponing voting, we can do it in the browser purely. That would already mean something extra.
