On various places of the interface we can find info in the form of e.g. 2 hours ago. It would be cool if it showed exact UTC time on mouse hover.

Why UTC? Why not local time?

I'm used to that from other Steem interfaces. I guess it's because time zones bring further complexity both on the side of developers and on the side of users, so it's easier to just show the time used on the blockchain. But maybe local time would be more convenient, I don't know :)

@hrosso I think that users want to see their local time, don't they? Or what do you need to know that time for?
