Make it easier to add steeveapp as a beneficiary

Someone argued that reading the CTA and finding the account name is annoying, wouldn't be too much work to just replace it with a slider for steeveapp, or just fill the account name in advance in the input box.

Agree! There should be a button Add Steeve as beneficiary or something, plus a popup slider with some good default value.

@hrosso steeveapp is now pre-filled when you enter Settings. That is the most consistent approach IMO with the current way of adding beneficiaries.
