profile: blog: When all stories are filtered out as resteemed, scrolling doesn't work

It can happen that choosing to hide resteemed stories leaves the blog empty. That breaks scrolling and really, it should be somehow defined what to do in this case.

It can also happen that loading more stories will just mean that the whole new batch will be filtered out, leading to weird user experience.

Resolved. Scrolling is now much more clever. Hopefully not too clever :-)
