It should be possible to configure beneficiaries, most importantly to support Steeve itself. This was requested by users what want to lend a hand.

This could be configurable globally for the user and it should be possible to align it when posting a story, although that is not that important.

How to implement this is described here: https://github.com/steemit/steemconnect.js/issues/37

Also extend the event object with beneficiaries details.
