Can't configure cascading fields

I have installed the following add-ons:

InTenso DYNAMIC FORMS EXTENSION FOR JIRA SERVICE DESK *Show/Hide Cascading Select

Dynamic Forms and the Extension work for the following field types: Single Select Check box *Radio buttons

Dynamic Forms also allows conversion of Cascading Select fields but doesn't allow them to be selected from the list of available field types to configure showing/hiding fields.

So I installed the 'Show/Hide Cascading Select' add-on and it doesn't seem to recognize that I have several 'Dynamic Cascading Select' fields defined so prompts me to 'Migrate' the two remaining non-dynamic cascading select fields (that I don't want converted).

How do I use these two add-ons together to achieve what I'm looking for which is the ability to convert Single Select and Cascading Select fields to dynamic?

Any suggestions are welcome.
