Make plugin usable purely to parse test logs

Making the pure xml log parsing capability accessible separately from the test runner capability will make this plugin useful to a wider audience. Most apps of a certain size will need an ad-hoc loader for their boost tests, or the tests will typically be launched by tools like ctest (part of the cmake suite). This makes this plugin unusable.
