Add-On "Update required": wrong "different number of remote agents" license status

Yesterday we upgraded from the evaluation license to a paid one matching our bamboo license. Now the add-on stopped working with a wrong error message.
The bamboo add-on manager says:
Upgrade this add-on license to match your unlimited remote agent Bamboo license.
which is wrong. On the license details page I see Number of remote agents supported: 1. There is a Number of local agents supported: Unlimited, though.
Is this a problem in the add-on or bamboo itself?

The UPM is up to date (2.20.4). And the licenses do match as far as I can see.

Looks like a bug in the latest UPM - https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/projects/UPM/issues/UPM-5160. Try downgrading UPM to 2.18.x (How to downgrade UPM versions).

The Add-On works, the message is only in the plugin manager. So I guess I can close this one.

This is the first time I hear about such issue. Try updating UPM (Universal Plugin Manager). Note that the addon license should match the Bamboo license.
