Export bamboo variables as powershell variables so they can be used in external scripts (not only inline)

Variables substitution works only for all what you can see in the bamboo's interface. So content of external files do not get any preprocessing.

However I can export bamboo variables as powershell variables. That will do the trick and the syntax will be the same.
