Non-english characters not working properly

I'm using the Powershell plugin to copy artifacts to network shares and some of these shares have non-english charaters in them and it seems to be a problem for both the plugin and thei are also displayed incorrectly in the logs. I've tried a couple of different encodings for the JVM but that does not seem to fix this. Is there some one correct encoding to use?
