Bamboo prod is on 6.10.4 version on data center power-shell 1.2.1 version compatibility check

Hi Team,

we have Bamboo prod is on 6.10.4 version on data center and now we are now planing to buy the licence for power-shell 1.2.1 version.
Just want to know our Bamboo Data Center 6.10.4 version is compatibility are not.

Hi Naveen!

PowerShell Task 1.2.x supports Bamboo 6.0 and higher.

There is a special Bamboo edition called Data Center but it’s 8.0 and higher. So your 6.10.4 can’t be Bamboo Data Center.

PowerShell Task hasn’t received official Bamboo Data Center compatibility yet. We’re in progress of receiving it. It’s more a formal procedure, no code changes are required for PowerShell Task to be compatible with Bamboo Data Center. For now you can ignore incompatibility warning: PowerShell Task will work with no issues.
