Change detection is not working when more than one job exists in Bamboo

I have checked-in in TFS a changeset that should have trigger 10 different jobs. Only one job was executed.

In another case, I had 3 jobs mapped to the same repository path. I did a check-in and 2 of the 3 executed.

All the jobs are configured to build when changes are detected.
