Commits tab is empty for the build #2

Commits tab is empty for the build #2. It is working fine for the build #3 and further builds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new build plan.
2. Add a new TFS repository to it.
3. Run the build (this is the build #1).
4. Commit some changes to the repository.
5. Run the build (this is the build #2).

Expected: Commits tab shows code changes.

Actual: Commits tab is empty.
